ML Research

EngineeringRemote / DelhiFull-time

Push the boundaries of applied ML for enterprise AI agents. You'll work on voice understanding, conversational AI, knowledge extraction, and real-time scoring models that power the Sales OS.

What you'll do

  • Design and train models for speech-to-structured-data pipelines (Debrief, Pulse)
  • Research and implement novel approaches to knowledge graph construction from unstructured conversations
  • Build evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for agent quality across products
  • Collaborate with product to translate ML capabilities into user-facing features
  • Publish and present research at top venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL)

What we're looking for

  • MS/PhD in ML, NLP, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Strong publication record or shipped ML systems at scale
  • Deep experience with transformer architectures, LLMs, and speech models
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern ML tooling
  • Comfort with ambiguity, you'll define problems, not just solve them

Enterprise Sales Executive

RevenueRemote / DelhiFull-time

Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts. You'll sell the Sales OS to CHROs, CROs, and L&D leaders at companies with 500+ employees, land, expand, and build long-term partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Source, qualify, and close enterprise deals ($100K+ ACV)
  • Run consultative discovery calls and product demos with C-suite buyers
  • Build and manage a pipeline in HubSpot with disciplined forecasting
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to design custom pilots and rollout plans
  • Feed market intelligence back to Product, you're the voice of the customer

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (HR tech, sales enablement, or L&D preferred)
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-velocity environment
  • Comfort selling to multiple stakeholders: HR, Sales, IT, and the C-suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication, you'll write proposals, not just talk
  • Startup mentality: resourceful, scrappy, and energized by building from scratch
