Getting started
Prepare your first Comsync rollout
Use this guide to bring the right people, material and questions to your first working session.
1. Choose one starting workflow
Start with a clear need: onboarding a new cohort, coaching a recurring conversation gap, or capturing meeting details in your CRM. Identify who will use it and who will review the output.
Explore the three workflows2. Gather the material your team uses
For training, bring product information, scripts and common objections. For coaching, identify sample recorded conversations your organisation can share. For debriefs, list the meeting details and CRM fields you need captured.
3. Define readiness and success
Agree the skills a rep must demonstrate and who signs off certification. For coaching or debriefs, choose the measures you want to track, such as recurring skill gaps, follow-up completeness or time spent on CRM admin. Record the starting point so the rollout can be evaluated.
4. Map the systems and access
List your CRM, HR platform, user roles and deployment requirements. Choose the integrations you want to connect, arrange account access and agree the field mapping for each workflow.
Review enterprise deployment and data handling5. Review before expanding
Try the workflow with a defined group. Review the learning material, example feedback and captured meeting details with the people who will use them. Agree changes and evaluation criteria before a wider rollout.
Bring your team’s context
Share your starting workflow, team size and systems so we can discuss the setup.
